Abstract

저선량방사선에 의한 생체의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 방사선 감수성이 높은 햄스터 협낭
기저 세포를 선택하고, 세포주기 중에서 방사선에 민감한 후합성기와 유사분열기의 방사선
에 의한 영향을 알아보기 위하여 세포분열지수의 변화를 관찰하였다. 햄스터에 콜치신을 투
여하고, 구내 방사선사진 촬영기(GX-770, Gendex CorP, Illinois, U.S.A.)로 70 kVp, 7 mA,
32 impulse의 조건에서 약 30분 동안 42회 총 5460 mR을 햄스터 협측에 조사하고 조사종
료 2시간 후에 햄스터 협낭의 세포분열지수의 변화를 평가한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었
다.
1. 대조군의 기저세포 26,852개중 유사분열중인 세포수는 105개였고 각 표본의 세포분열지
수 평균값은 4.32였다.
2. 방사선을 조사한 실험군의 기저세포 25,423개 중 유사분열중인 세포수는 59개였고, 각
표본의 세포분열치수 평균값은 2.46 이었다.
3. 대조군과 실험군의 세포분열지수 평균치를 t- 검정한 결과(α=0.05, 자유도 64,
t=3.44>1.96) 저선량방사선 조사 2시간 후에 세포분열지수가 감소됨을 알 수 있었다.
#초록#
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the low level irradiation
on the mitotic index of the basal cells in the buccal pouch of hamsters(golden hamster:
APG strain).
After colchicine was administrated to the hamsters through the intraperitoneal, the low
level radiation(5460mR) was exposed on the buccal pouch of hamsters. The mitotic
index of the basal cells was estimated 2 hours after radiation.
The results were as follows:
1. The mean mitotic index of the control group was 4.32.
2. The mean mitotic index of the irradiated group was 2.46.
3.7-test of data in the irradiated group showed significant difference from the mitotic
index in the control group. These results suggested the lowered mitotic index of the
irradiated group resulted from the low level irradiation.
